Roy's Hall dims the marquee, again

Owners put historic theater up for sale. Poor ticket sales blamed for venue's newest closure.

It came back after a fire in 1917. It survived the 1955 flood that wiped out many other Main Street businesses. But poor ticket sales have done in Roy's Hall in 2007.

The 1913 theater is on the market after it was shuttered late November.
