North Warren Board to find place for Running Track

The North Warren Regional School Board has authorized a survey to determine where a track could be built on the school grounds.

The school is one of two Knowlton Township Mayor Frank Van Horn is trying to help build tracks. Van Horn obtained 800 tons of chopped-up asphalt from the recent repaving of Interstate 80 and has offered them up to North Warren and Belvidere as track bases.
