Pizza Express?

Anyone eat there? How's the food? Service? Give a review.

Been there 2 times now - the food is great!! only ate inside once - service was fine. I would say it's 10 times better than Franks! Definitely will keep going and drop the other place!!

anyone have their take out?

They deliver? Really?? It would be great to have someone deliver a pizza! Any time I've seen a place in B'town that delivers it was only at certain times, etc. Luckily, I'm less than five miles from there.
Do they have a menu posted online or anything? A website?

Alas, a phone call to Pizza Express confirms that they DO NOT deliver.

really? i heard they did, and that that was the "express" part of their name. interesting

A welcome change to the pizza offered in our area. Fresh ingredients, good service and fair prices. That's the pizza.

Now if we can get the A&P to offer something like that. Yes, I hate the A&P.

I personally think that Franks is much better. I went into the Express Pizza and waited there for over ten mins just to get my order placed because the guy was too busy talking on the phone for a personal call it was quite rude if you ask me.

I went there on thursday. i got two special pies. very tastey. The guy with whom i placed the order wasn't the most personable guy, nothing like the staff at dominicks and franks. I'm planning on going back sometime in the future to try a cheese pie, the true test.

alas, overall, it ranks #2 out of the big three.

1 - Franks
2 - Pizza Express
3 - Dominicks [Very close though]

Bottom line; good pies, my service happened to be timely and courteous.
Place was alot cleaner than last owners. I figure, new business, probably working hard starting off, more than likely they just need to settle into the community. A plus if they could deliver locally.

Anyone know the #? I tried looking it up online and directory assistance.

The # is (908) 362-6094. According to the yellow pages. I have not tried it yet. I really wish they would deliver though:( The name kinda leads one to believe they would.

Hey this site is cool, I just found it looking for fuel oil prices. I will give the new pizza joint a try. Dominicks pizza is actually very good but they have a problem with keeping a clean oven. Sometimes the bottom of the pie is black.

Has anyone tried Cescoe's down or is it up in Fredon? I think it's good also for a change. It's a little different. Worth a try and the drive. 973-383-2840 No they don't deliver. Did you also know the the FORGE makes PIZZA for take out.

DM, yes. I've tried Cescoes and really liked it. the people in there are very nice. and, in my opinion, their plain slice [the true test for a pizza place] was greeat

and i knew forge have take out pizza. havent eaten from there in a good long while..i must before i go away to school...hm..
