Flamingos???

A few weeks ago, one of our neighbors had a dozen or so pink plastic flamingos in their yard for about 24 hours...Monday another neighbor the same thing. They have some kind of laminated paper attached to them.
My hours don't coincide w/ theirs to ask, so just wondering if anyone knew what this was about?

The flamingos are a fundraiser for the Masons. We were flamingoed a couple weeks ago. You have to call the flamingo wrangler to come and get them. You pay $25 for his services and an extra $10 in flamingo insurance so the people you send them to you can't send them back.

LOL cool fundraiser, I like that, I am also sure that many of the neighbors would have been happy to contribute money to him removing the ugly things. Thank god he is the only Mason on the street.
